ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

• Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 03/12/12 to the sale of 600 common shares at the price of 3,47 euros of total value 2,082 euros and on 04/12/12 to the sale of 1,500 common shares at the price of 3,51 euros of total value 5,272 euros.
• the company “LENIDI S.A.”, a legal entity closely associated to Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 03/12/12 to the sale of 50,000 common shares at the average price of 3.40 euros  of total value 170,031.16 euros.
