The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the company MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LIMITED, which is closely associated to Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chariman of the BoD, Mr. Kyriakos Satantis, Vice-Chairman of the BoD and Mrs. Aikaterini Saranti, non-executive member of the BoD (persons subject to the notification obligation pursuant to article 13 of L.3340), proceeded on 07/12/12 to the purchase of 665,000 common shares at the price of 3.60 euros per share of total value 2,394,000 euros.
