The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 15/12/11 to the purchase of 4,029 (four thousand and twenty nine) common shares at the price of 1.82 euros (one euro and eighty two cents) of total value 7,318.20 euros (seven thousand three hundred eighteen euros and twenty cents).
