ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on 18/12/2013 to the sale of 40,000 common shares at the price of 6.18 euros of total value 247,200 euros.
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 18/12/2013 to the sale of 40,000 common shares at the price of 6.18 euros of total value 247,200 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 19/12/2013 to the sale of 250 common shares in at the price of 6.21 euros of total value 1,554.05 euros.
