The company GR. Sarantis S.A. (the “Company”), pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group and Executive Member of the Board of Directors, proceeded on November 29th of 2024 with the transfer of 2,490,402 common registered shares of the Company at the average price of 10.72 euro per share to the company SKYLUX S.A., a closely associated legal entity with Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis.
