The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that the company SKYLUX S.A., a closely associated legal entity with Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Member of the Board, proceeded on September 3^rd of 2024 with the purchase of 2,000 common shares in total at the average price of 10.50 euro per share, as well as on September 5^th of 2024 with the purchase of 21,000 common shares in total at the average price of 11.01 euro per share.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
