SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Member of the Board, proceeded on February 5^th of 2025 with the purchase of 30,112 common shares in total at the average price of 11.30 euro per share, as well as on February 6^th of 2025 with the purchase of 12,125 common shares in total at the average price of 11.30 euro per share.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

(“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
