SARANTIS S.A. announces, in accordance withL.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and ExecutiveMember of the Board, proceeded with the following transactions:
▪On June13thof 2025he sold16,981common shares at the average price of 14.11euro per share.
▪OnJune 16thof 2025, he sold 2,503common shares at the average price of 14.13euro per share.
▪OnJune 18thof 2025, he sold 516common shares at the average price of 13.42euro per share.
