The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

▪Mr. Krzysztof Kaminski, General Managerof Czech & Slovakia Business Unit,         proceededon May22ndof 2025with the purchase of1,485common shares in total at the   average price of 13.50euro per share.

 ▪Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, proceededon May 26thof 2025,   with the purchase of100 common shares in total at the average price of 13.32euro per   share.
