(“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.99%, which corresponds to 6,369,956 voting rights.
