ANNOUNCEMENT
Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following a notification dated 27/10/2009 sent by its shareholders GRIGORIS SARANTIS, KYRIAKOS SARANTIS, AIKATERINI SARANTI, MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD., IRINA INVESTMENTS HOLDING S.A., the company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that, based on an agreement that exists since 24/12/1997 between the aforementioned three individuals and provides for the co-ordinated exercise of their voting rights in order to continuously adopt a common policy regarding the management of the company, the total percentage of their direct and indirect participation in the voting rights of GR. SARANTIS S.A. is equal to 35.806% (i.e. 13,731,780 voting rights) and is analyzed as follows:

It is noted that the company IRINA INVESTMENTS HOLDING S.A. belongs to the aforementioned three individuals and holds 100% of the share capital of the company MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD.
