Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following a notification dated November 23rd 2017 sent by its shareholders GRIGORIS P. SARANTIS, KYRIAKOS P. SARANTIS and AIKATERINI P. SARANTI, the company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that, due to the purchase of shares realized on November 21st 2017, the total percentage of their direct and indirect participation in the total shares and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS S.A. increased above 50% to the level of 51.997% (i.e. 18,167,087 voting rights).

- The company HAWKEYE HOLDING LTD. that holds 100% of the share capital of the company MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD. belongs to the aforementioned three individuals that have entered into a verbal agreement on 24.12.1997, based on which they are obliged, through the coordinated exercise of their rights, to adopt a common policy towards the management of GR. SARANTIS S.A.
- The company TEMPUS REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS LTD. belongs to the aforementioned three individuals.
- The company LENIDI S.A. is fully owned by the company TEMPUS REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS LTD.
- The company SKYLUX S.A. is fully owned by Kyriakos P. Sarantis.
- Grigoris K. Sarantis and Elpiniki K. Saranti, children of Kyriakos P. Sarantis, vote, following a written commitment, according to the instructions of their father.
