(the “Company”) informs the investors’ community that, due to sale of shares, on April 12^th 2023, the percentage of shares that its controlled undertaking Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P., holds on the Company’s voting rights dropped below 5%

The total percentage held by the company The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. indirectly, through its controlled undertakings, as of April 12^th 2023, remains above 5%.
