ANNOUNCEMENT OF SIGNIFICANT CHANGE TO THE VOTING RIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE L.3556

Pursuant to the Law 3556/2007 and following a notification dated April 7th 2016, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors’ community that on April 4th 2016 due to transfer of voting rights the following changes took place:

• The percentage of FIDELITY MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH COMPANY on the Company’s voting rights was reduced below 5% from 6.79% (based on the previous notification dated November 7th 2013).
• The percentage of FMR CO, Inc. on the Company’s voting rights reached 10.56%.

It is noted that the aforementioned entities, i.e. FIDELITY MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH COMPANY and FMR CO, Inc. are controlled undertakings of FMR LLC.

As of April 4th 2016 the total percentage FMR LLC indirectly holds, through controlled undertakings, on the Company’s voting rights remains over 10% and in particular equal to 10.67% (or 3,708,800 voting rights).
