ANNOUNCEMENT OF SIGNIFICANT CHANGE TO THE VOTING RIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE L.3556

Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following the notification received on June 19^th 2012 from its shareholder Elpiniki Saranti, that such shareholder on May the 29^th 2012 increased the percentage of the total direct and indirect participation in the share capital and voting rights of GR. Sarantis SA to the point that exceeded 5% and in particular is 5.08% (or 1,947,895 shares and voting rights), from 4.95% that held until recently.

In particular, the shareholder Elpiniki Saranti owns directly 4.45% (or 1,708,395 shares and voting rights) and indirectly through the company Tempus Real Estate Holdings Ltd. 0.45% (or 169,500 shares and voting rights) and through the company Lenidi SA 0.18% (or 70,000 shares and voting rights). The shareholder Elpiniki Saranti owns 99.75% of Tempus Real Estate Holdings Ltd, which holds the 100% stake in Lenidi SA.
