Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following a notification from its shareholder IRINA INVESTMENTS HOLDING S.A. and the company MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD. dated 23/07/09, the company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that due to a shares transfer, the direct participation of IRINA INVESTMENTS HOLDING S.A. in the share capital and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS S.A. reduced from 32.475% (according to the shareholder’s previous notification) to 0%, while the participation of MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD. in the share capital and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS S.A. increased from 0% to 32.177% (i.e. 12,340,000 shares and voting rights).

It is noted that the company IRINA INVESTMENTS HOLDING S.A. holds 100% of the share capital of the company MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
