SARANTIS SA announces that its shareholder JASON ENTERPRISES HOLDING SA proceeded on 15/10/07 to sale of shares in GR. SARANTIS SA, thus reducing its participation in the share capital and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS SA from 10.148% (i.e. 3,871,000 shares and voting rights) to 8.208% (i.e. 3,131,000 shares and voting rights).
