Pursuant to the Law 3556/2007 and following relevant notifications received on November 23rd 2017 by Fabio Maria Matteo Granata and Paolo Bergamaschi, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors’ community that the total percentage held by the shareholders on the Company’s voting rights was reduced on November 21^st 2017 below the 5% threshold level.

More specifically, it is noted that Fabio Maria Matteo Granata and Paolo Bergamaschi own the 100% of SODALIS SRL, which, in turn, wholly owns CONTER SRL.

Release of Regulated Information: Transactions Notification

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Krzysztof Kaminski, General Manager of Czech & Slovakia Business Unit, proceeded on October 24th of 2025 with the purchase of 4,000 common shares in total at the average price of 12.
