Pursuant to the Law 3556/2007 and following relevant notifications received on November 23rd 2017 by Fabio Maria Matteo Granata and Paolo Bergamaschi, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors’ community that the total percentage held by the shareholders on the Company’s voting rights was reduced on November 21st 2017 below the 5% threshold level.
More specifically, it is noted that Fabio Maria Matteo Granata and Paolo Bergamaschi own the 100% of SODALIS SRL, which, in turn, wholly owns CONTER SRL.

Acquisition of Own Shares
GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 7th August with the acquisition of 7,000 own shares at the average price of 15.
