PursuanttotheLaw3556/2007 and following relevant notifications received on November 24th 2017 by the company SODALIS S.R.L., the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors’ community that the total percentage held by the shareholders on the Company’s voting rights was reduced on November 21st 2017 below the 5% threshold level.
More specifically, it is noted that Fabio Maria Matteo Granata and Paolo Bergamaschi own the 100% of SODALIS SRL, which, in turn, wholly owns CONTER SRL.
Moreover, it is noted that ARGOS S.P.A., the fiduciary of Fabio Maria Matteo Granata and Paolo Bergamaschi indicated in the previous notification (September 12 2013) no longer exists.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
