Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following the notification received on December 10^th 2012 from its shareholder Elpiniki Saranti, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. informs the investors’ community that its shareholder Elpiniki Saranti on December 07^th 2012 reduced the percentage of its total direct and indirect participation in the share capital and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS SA below 5%.

According to the previous notification dated 20/06/2012, the shareholder Elpiniki Saranti owned directly 4.45% (or 1,708,395 shares and voting rights) and indirectly through the company Tempus Real Estate Holdings Ltd. 0.45% (or 169,500 shares and voting rights) and through the company Lenidi SA 0.18% (or 70,000 shares and voting rights), while the shareholder Elpiniki Saranti owned 99.75% of Tempus Real Estate Holdings Ltd, which owned 100% stake in Lenidi SA.
