Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following the notification received on December 10th 2012 from its shareholder Elpiniki Saranti, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. informs the investors’ community that its shareholder Elpiniki Saranti on December 07th 2012 reduced the percentage of its total direct and indirect participation in the share capital and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS SA below 5%.
According to the previous notification dated 20/06/2012, the shareholder Elpiniki Saranti owned directly 4.45% (or 1,708,395 shares and voting rights) and indirectly through the company Tempus Real Estate Holdings Ltd. 0.45% (or 169,500 shares and voting rights) and through the company Lenidi SA 0.18% (or 70,000 shares and voting rights), while the shareholder Elpiniki Saranti owned 99.75% of Tempus Real Estate Holdings Ltd, which owned 100% stake in Lenidi SA.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
