SARANTIS SA announces that its shareholder ING Investment Management Belgium S.A., on the March 8th 2011, decreased its indirect participation in the share capital and voting rights of GR. SARANTIS SA from 5.02% (i.e. 1,926,195 shares and voting rights) to 4.99% (i.e. 1,913,857 shares and voting rights).
