APPOINTMENT OF MARKET MAKER
The listed on the Athens Exchange company “GR. SARANTIS S.A.” (hereinafter the “Issuer”) announces that the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange, by means of its decision dated October 16 2016, approved the appointment of “Eurobank Equities” as market maker of the Issuer’s shares for the purpose of improving their liquidity and set October 24th 2016 as the starting date.
The Issuer, according to a.1.3 and a. 2.4 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, has signed a market making agreement with Eurobank Equities with the following basic terms:
