ANNOUNCEMENT
Following GR. SARANTIS SA announcement dated 16/04/08 concerning a change of its shareholder FMR LLC participation in the company’s share capital and voting rights from 4.9% to 5.03% realized on 6/04/2006 and given information provided by the shareholder, the company clarifies that this participation is related to the FMR LLC’s direct participation in the company’s share capital and voting rights.
It is reminded that FMR LLC had informed on 3/12/2004 that, along with FIL (Fidelity International Limited), had, as of 3/12/2004, a participation in the company’s voting rights equal to 5.65%. Finally, it is noted that, according to information provided by the shareholder (FMR LLC), FIL’s participation in the company’s voting rights does not exceed 5%.
