INVITATION TO THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
Following the decision of the Board of Directors and in accordance with the article 22 of Articles of Association, our Company’s shareholders are invited to the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 21st December 2006, Thursday, 16:30 pm, at 26 Amaroussiou – Chalandriou Street.
SUBJECTS OF THE DAILY AGENDA

Placement of a distinctive title of the Company and relevant amendment of the article 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association.

New provisions related to the Company’s business objective and consequent amendment of the article 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association.

Approval of a share capital increase via capitalization of reserves and consequent amendment of the article 5 of the Company’s Articles of Association.

Approval of an increase in the stock’s nominal value due to the share capital increase and amendment of the article 5 of the Company’s Articles of Association.

General Meeting’s approval according to the article 23, a §2 of PL 2190/1920, in order for the Company to enter in mutual agreements with the founders of the Company, members of the BoD and their relatives up to third degree by blood or affinity.
Shareholders, who have dematerialized their securities not currently registered in the Special Account of the Athens Securities Depository, must deposit the total number or part of their shares via the Account Operator and receive the relevant deposit certificate, issued by the Depository, in order to participate in the Shareholders Meeting. In turn, shareholders must submit the relevant certificate in the Company’s cashiers at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Shareholders, who have dematerialized their securities currently registered in the Special Account of the Athens Securities Depository, must deposit the total number or part of their shares via the Account Operator and receive the relevant deposit certificate, issued by the Depository, in order to participate in the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting. In turn, shareholders must submit the relevant certificate along with any other document in the Company’s offices (GRIGORIS SARANTIS SA, 26 Amaroussiou – Chalandriou Street) at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
