PRESS RELEASE
As part of its obligations, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. would like to inform the investor community regarding its Planned Corporate Actions Schedule:
| Α) | the Announcement of the 2006 Annual Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on March 6th 2007. |
| Β) | the Annual Briefing of Analysts with regards to the 2006 Annual Financial Results, will take place on March 28th 2007 at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors. |
| C) | the Announcement of the 1st Quarter 2007 Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on May 29th 2007 |
| D) | the company’s Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting will take place on June 15th 2007. |
| E) | the Ex Dividend date is set at June 21st 2007, while the payment of the Dividend for fiscal year 2006 will commence on June 28th 2007 by a bank. |
| F) | the Announcement of the 1st Half 2007 Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on August 29th 2007. |
| G) | the Announcement of the Nine-Month 2007 Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on November 27th 2007. |
The fiscal year 2006 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators’’ accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries’’ accounts.
The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released before the beginning of the trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, at the Company’’s website (http://ir.sarantis.gr/) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.ase.gr) and shall be followed by a conference call with the analysts and institutional investors. The results shall be published in the press the next day, after their announcement in the Company’s website.
