Purchase of Own Shares

GR. SARANTIS S.A.(“the Company”) announces that, in implementation ofthe resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April23rd2024, the Company proceeded on May6th2025with the purchase of4,000own shares at the average price of 13.76euros per share and at a total value of55,054.68euros.

Following this purchase, the Company holds 3,144,563own shares, corresponding to 4.70% of the Company’s total outstanding number of shares.

This announcement is issuedin accordance with article49 of L.4548/2018,Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council,and the EuropeanCommission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
