PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

In effect of the article 4, paragraph 4 of the 2273/2003 Regulation of the European Commission, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that according to article 16, Law 2190/1920, and based on the resolutions of the Shareholder's Ordinary General Meeting dated 21/06/2012 as well as the Shareholder’s A’ Repeated Extraordinary General Meeting dated 09/10/2012, during the trading sessions of 25/09/2013 and 24/09/2013, acquired 35,620 and 514 own shares, respectively, through "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A." at a price of 5.50 and 5.39 euro per share respectively, worth of 195,888.40 and 2,769.82 euro respectively.
