Sarantis Group will release its FY 2025 Annual Financial Results and Annual Financial Report, as follows:
▪ Wednesday, March 11 th 2026 following Athens Exchange Market closing – Results and Report Release, which will be available at the Athens Exchange website (https://www.athexgroup.gr/en) and at Sarantis Group website (https://sarantisgroup.com)
▪ Thursday, March 12 th 2026 at 16:00 (Athens time) – Investors’ and analysts’ update via conference call on 2025 Financial Results.
The Conference Call Invitation is attached, as well as dial-in details will be available at the company’s website under the section Results Release.
