▪ Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 following Athens Exchange Market closing – Results Release, which will be available at the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr/) and at Sarantis Group website (https://sarantisgroup.com).
▪ Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, at 16:00 (Athens time) – Investors’ and Analysts’ update via conference call.

Announcement of Regulated Information

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Member of the Board, donated a total of 25,658 common shares through a parental donation on September 11th of 2025.
