ANNOUNCEMENT
As part of its obligations, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. would like to inform the investor community regarding its 2008 Financial Calendar:
| Α) | the Announcement of the 2007 Annual Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on March 11th 2008. |
| B) | the Annual Briefing of Analysts with regards to the 2007 Annual Financial Results, will take place on April 2nd 2008 at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors. |
| C) | the Announcement of the 1st Quarter 2008 Financial Results will take place on May 28th 2008, while the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on May 29th 2008. |
| D) | the company’s Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting will take place on June 13th 2008. |
| Ε) | the Ex Dividend date is set at June 20th 2008, while the payment of the Dividend for fiscal year 2007 will commence on June 27th 2008 by a bank. |
| F) | the Announcement of the 1st Half 2008 Financial Results will take place on August 27th 2008, while the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results will take place on August 28th 2008. |
| G) | the Announcement of the Nine-Month 2008 Financial Results will take place on November 26th 2008, while the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results will take place on November 27th 2008. |
The fiscal year 2007 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators’ accounts, which in turn will credit the beneficiaries’ accounts.
Finally, it is noted that the Company may alter the aforementioned dates after the timely notification of the investors’ community.
