Α)	the Announcement of the 2007 Annual Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on March 11^th 2008.
B)	the Annual Briefing of Analysts with regards to the 2007 Annual Financial Results, will take place on April 2^nd 2008 at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors.
C)	the Announcement of the 1^st Quarter 2008 Financial Results will take place on May 28^th 2008, while the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on May 29^th 2008.
D)	the company’s Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting will take place on June 13^th 2008.
Ε)	the Ex Dividend date is set at June 20^th 2008, while the payment of the Dividend for fiscal year 2007 will commence on June 27^th 2008 by a bank.
F)	the Announcement of the 1^st Half 2008 Financial Results will take place on August 27^th 2008, while the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results will take place on August 28^th 2008.
G)	the Announcement of the Nine-Month 2008 Financial Results will take place on November 26^th 2008, while the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results will take place on November 27^th 2008.

The fiscal year 2007 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators’ accounts, which in turn will credit the beneficiaries’ accounts.

Finally, it is noted that the Company may alter the aforementioned dates after the timely notification of the investors’ community.

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
