PRESS RELEASE
Sarantis Group shall be distributing a 0.06 € dividend.
Specifically, upon proposal by the Group’s Board of Directors in the General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders, Sarantis Group shall distribute a 0.06 € dividend per share for the financial year of 2002. The dividend yield according to the share’s price yesterday shall be 2.7%.
It is worth noting that Sarantis Group had not distributed dividends in the past two years, in an effort to reinforce its capital position.
Nevertheless, last year’s results combined with the Group’s increased liquidity, have led the management of Sarantis Group to adopt a positive dividend policy for 2002.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that Mrs. Aikaterini Saranti donated a total of 77,882 common shares through a parental donation on December 9 th of 2025.
