PRESS RELEASE
Sarantis Group shall be distributing a 0.06 € dividend.
Specifically, upon proposal by the Group’s Board of Directors in the General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders, Sarantis Group shall distribute a 0.06 € dividend per share for the financial year of 2002. The dividend yield according to the share’s price yesterday shall be 2.7%.
It is worth noting that Sarantis Group had not distributed dividends in the past two years, in an effort to reinforce its capital position.
Nevertheless, last year’s results combined with the Group’s increased liquidity, have led the management of Sarantis Group to adopt a positive dividend policy for 2002.
Acquisition of Own Shares 09-07-2026
GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 8th July with the acquisition of 1,059 own shares at the average price of 14.
