PRESS RELEASE
In the context of the special obligations, stipulated by article 292 of the 4th section of the A.E. Regulation, concerning companies with shares listed in the ‘Large Capitalization Category’ and as regards to the Corporate Actions Schedule, we inform you of the following:
| Α) | the Announcement of the 2005 Annual Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on February 28th 2006. |
| Β) | the Annual Briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2005 Annual Financial Results, will take place on March 21st 2006 at the Association of Athens Exchange Members (SMEXA). |
| C) | the Announcement of the 1st Quarter 2006 Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on May 24th 2006. |
| D) | the company’s Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting will take place on June 15th 2006. |
| E) | the Ex Dividend date is set at June 21st 2006, while the payment of the Dividend for fiscal year 2005 will commence on June 28th 2006 by a bank. |
| F) | the Announcement of the 1st Half 2006 Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on August 29th 2006. |
| G) | the Announcement of the Nine-Month 2006 Financial Results, as well as the conference call towards the institutional community concerning comments on the aforementioned results, will take place on November 23rd 2006. |
