2008 HALF YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AMENDMENT

PRESS RELEASE


The company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that the 2008 half year financial report is amended through the addition of an updated Board of Directors half year report approved on 29/08/2008 and a new report on review of the interim financial information dated 29/08/2008, which is no different to the previous report.

The aforementioned changes do not have an impact on the already published financial statements for the period 01/01/2008 – 30/06/2008 that were approved by the BoD as of 29/07/2008.

The new 2008 half year financial report is uploaded in the company’s internet site www.sarantis.gr as well as the Athens Exchange site.


Issuance of Tax Certificate for the Fiscal Year 2023

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A., in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation (Rulebook)  and article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April  16th 2014, announces that, following the completion of the tax audit for the financial period 2023 (fiscal year 2023) which was carried out by the certified auditors of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of article 65A law 4174/2013, the relevant tax certificate has been issued with an “unqualified” opinion.
