GR. SARANTIS S.A., in accordance with the paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1., of the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, informs the investors’ community of the amendment on its Financial Calendar for 2020:

May 07th 2020: Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
May 11th 2020: Ex-dividend date
May 12th 2020: Dividend Beneficiaries-Record date
May 18th 2020: Dividend payment

The aforementioned dates regarding the dividend payment are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates after notifying the investors’ community in a timely manner by amending this Agreement.
