ANNOUNCEMENT OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT OF FISCAL YEAR 2014

Following the General Shareholders Meeting resolution dated May 12th 2015, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces the distribution of dividend payment for the fiscal year 2014 amounting to 0.14811 euro per share.

According to the legislation in force, the dividend corresponding to the company’s 437,549 treasury shares is applied to the dividend paid out to the other shareholders and hence the dividend is increased to 0.15 euro per share.

The aforementioned dividend amount is subject to a 10% withholding tax and therefore shareholders will receive a net amount of 0.1350 euro per share.

May 15th 2015 is set as the ex-dividend date, while the entitled shareholders are those registered in the Dematerialized Securities System on May 18th 2015 (Record date).

The dividend payment will take place on Friday, May 22nd 2015 via the National Bank of Greece through the authorized operators of the beneficiary shareholders registered with the D.S.S.

In case that a shareholder has requested exception from the D.S.S. operator or the company "Hellenic Exchanges S.A." (HELEX), or in the case that the shares are kept in the Special Account of the Hellenic Exchanges, the dividend will be paid to the shareholder in person via the branch network of the National Bank of Greece, upon presentation of his identity card as well as of a printout of his D.S.S Account .
