Following the announcement of the company “ATLANTIC SUPER MARKET S.A.”, one of the largest retail chains in the Greek market, dated 14/07/2010, regarding its application for submission to the mediation process prescribed in Article 99 of Law 3588/2007 (Greek Bankruptcy Law), Sarantis Group would like to inform that this development does not in any way impact the Group’s financial figures given the Group has long terminated its co-operation with ATLANTIC SM.
