CANCELLATION OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING

It is announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 17th, 2016 at 2pm (Athens time) at the Company’s premises 26 Amarousiou – Halandriou Street, Athens, 15125, Greece, is hereby cancelled.

The cancellation of the Extraordinary General Meeting is due to non-registration of the Company’s relevant application in the electronic system of G.E.M.I. (General Electronic Commercial Registry), despite the fact that the invitation for the Meeting had been timely uploaded in G.E.M.I.’s electronic database and notified to the Ministry of Finance, Development and Tourism.

A new Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company for the same resolution will be held on Thursday, June 9th, 2016 at 2pm (Athens time) at the same place, with a publication of a new invitation.
