ANNOUNCEMENT
GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that today, 06/12/2007, has disposed of its participation to the company K.P. MARINOPOULOS S.A.
More precisely, SARANTIS GROUP sold 49% of the capital of K.P. MARINOPOULOS, a wholesaler and distributor of pharmaceuticals. The total transaction amounts to 18.5 million Euros.
SARANTIS GROUP, in accordance with its strategy that is focused on the exit from non-core business categories, aims, with this transaction, to further improve the Group’s cash flows in order to materialize its plans for acquisitions in its old countries of operation.
