INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - 6M 2005

GR. Sarantis SA notifies that the Interim Financial Statements of the first six months 2005 (6M 2005) which have been approved by the Board of the Directors of the company the 8th August  2005, have been published in the newspaper Kathimerini (paper: 26068, page 23) the 31st September 2005 and also appeared in the website of the company the same date, had mistakenly been titled  as “Financial results of the first six months of 2005”.
 
Gr Sarantis SA notifies the correction in the title of the Interim Financial Statements, based on Article 17/336/21.4.2005 (FEK B’ 614/10.5.2005) as follows: “Financial Accounts & Information for the period of 1st of January of 2005 to the June 30th 2005”.
 
The company would also like to announce that new additional notes and information on the interim financial results have been added in both the ASE website and in the company’s website. No changes have been made to the actual financial and numerical results. 

Issuance of Tax Certificate for the Fiscal Year 2023

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A., in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation (Rulebook)  and article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April  16th 2014, announces that, following the completion of the tax audit for the financial period 2023 (fiscal year 2023) which was carried out by the certified auditors of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of article 65A law 4174/2013, the relevant tax certificate has been issued with an “unqualified” opinion.
