SARANTIS GROUP FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2014

ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Gr. Sarantis S.A. as part of its obligations, to inform the investor community, and in accordance with the paragraphs 4.1.2.1 and 4.1.4.3.1., of the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, announces its Financial Calendar for 2014:

 

March 19th 2014: 2013 Annual Financial Results release.
March 20th 2014: Conference call towards the institutional community regarding FY 13 financial results.
April 3rd 2014: Analysts annual briefing at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors.
June 26th 2014: Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

It is noted that on 19/12/2013 GR. SARANTIS S.A. Board of Directors decided the distribution of interim dividend payment for Fiscal Year 2013, which was paid out to the company’s shareholders on 24/01/2014.

At the company’s Annual General Shareholders meeting the BoD will propose the approval of the FY 2013 interim dividend payment as well as the approval of no additional dividend payment for FY 2013. SARANTIS GROUP FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2014 (210.6KB)

Issuance of Tax Certificate for the Fiscal Year 2023

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A., in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation (Rulebook)  and article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April  16th 2014, announces that, following the completion of the tax audit for the financial period 2023 (fiscal year 2023) which was carried out by the certified auditors of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of article 65A law 4174/2013, the relevant tax certificate has been issued with an “unqualified” opinion.
