SARANTIS GROUP FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2016

GR. SARANTIS S.A. as part of its obligations, to inform the investor community, and in accordance with the paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1., of the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, announces its Financial Calendar for 2016:

March 15th 2016:          2015 Annual Financial Results release.

March 16th 2016:          Conferencecall towards the institutional community regarding FY 15 financial results.

March 16th 2016:          Analysts annual briefing at the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association.

April 15th 2016:             Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

April 20th 2016:             Ex-dividend date

April 21th 2016:             Dividend Beneficiaries-Record date

April 27th 2016:             Dividend payment

The fiscal year 2015 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The aforementioned dates regarding the dividend payment are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
