Sarantis Group Financial Calendar 2019

GR. SARANTIS S.A. as part of its obligations, to inform the investor community, and in accordance with the paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1., of the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, announces its Financial Calendar for 2018:

• April 10th 2019:             2018 Annual Financial Results release.
• April 11th 2019:             Conferencecall towards the institutional community regarding FY 18 financial results.
• April 17th 2019:             Analysts annual briefing at the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association.
• June 18th 2019:             Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
• June 21st 2019:             Ex-dividend date
• June 24th 2019:             Dividend Beneficiaries-Record date
• June 28th 2019:             Dividend payment

The fiscal year 2018 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The aforementioned dates regarding the dividend payment are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
