April 2nd 2020: 2019 Annual Financial Results release.
April 3rd 2020: Conference call towards the institutional community regarding FY 19 financial results.
May 4th 2020: Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
May 06th 2020: Ex-dividend date
May 07th 2020: Dividend Beneficiaries-Record date
May 13th 2020: Dividend payment

The aforementioned dates regarding the dividend payment are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates after notifying the investors’ community in a timely manner by amending this Agreement.
