As part of its obligations, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. would like to inform the investor community regarding its 2009 Financial Calendar:
- Release of Fiscal Year 2008 Financial Results: March 18th 2009
- Publication of FY 2008 Financial Results & Conference call towards the institutional community regarding FY 08 financial results: March 19th 2009
- Annual Briefing of Analysts with regards to the FY 2008 Financial Results at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors: April 1st 2009
- Annual General Shareholders Meeting: June 30th 2009
- Ex-Dividend Date: July 8th 2009
- Dividend Beneficiaries – Record Date: July 10th 2009 *
* In accordance with the new, revised ATHEX Rulebook, starting on Jan 1st 2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates", replacing the "trade date" rule. Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant record date.
- Dividend payment: July 16th 2009
The fiscal year 2008 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators’ accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries’ accounts.
