As part of its obligations, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. would like to inform the investor community regarding its 2010 Financial Calendar:

- Release of Fiscal Year 2009 Financial Results: March 22^nd 2010

- Publication of FY 2009 Financial Results & Conference call towards the institutional community regarding FY 09 financial results: March 23^rd 2010

- Annual Briefing of Analysts with regards to the FY 2009 Financial Results at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors: March 24^th 2010

- Annual General Shareholders Meeting: June 30^th 2010

- Ex-Dividend Date: July 6^th 2010

- Dividend Beneficiaries – Record Date: July 8^th 2010

- Dividend payment: July 14^th 2010

The fiscal year 2009 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.
