SARANTIS GROUP PARTNERS WITH ESTEE LAUDER FOR THE LAUNCH OF MUSTANG, A NEW MEN'S FRAGRANCE ΙΝ ΤΗE AMERICAN MARKET

Sarantis Group announces its partnership with Aramis and Designer Fragrances, a global leader in the Prestige Fragrance industry and a division of a subsidiary of The Estée Lauder Companies introducing Mustang, the new fragrance for men to North America.

“We are so excited to participate in this business venture thus strengthening our bonds with the Estee Lauder Companies with whom we have worked together for over 35 years” states Kyriakos Sarantis, Vice President and CEO of Sarantis Group. 

Sarantis Group, having acquired extensive knowledge and experience throughout the years in the development and production of fragrances, had an integral role in this partnership as the designer and manufacturer of the Mustang fragrance.

Additionally, Sarantis Group bears responsibility of the exclusive production of the product and has also created its advertising campaign.

Therefore, taking into consideration the efficient and timely supply of the American market, the Group will use its existing production facilities taking advantage of its full potential.

The Mustang fragrance, in terms of its name, stems from a partnership between The Estee Lauder Companies and the American Ford Motor Company. The fragrance is a natural extension of the Mustang brand, a brand that continues to thrive as an aspirational American icon for over 40 years.

The outside packaging of the Mustang fragrance is a graphite metal reusable “Collector’s Tin” with the legendary Mustang Pony logo on the label.  The new men’s fragrance embodies the spirit of the Mustang man while remaining true to the values of manhood and legend of the Mustang brand.

The Mustang fragrance exemplifies the allure of the Mustang man - bold, daring and legendary. The heart of the fragrance, a fusion of pipe tobacco and cedarwood, evokes a daring ruggedness, appealing to today’s confident and strong man.

The Mustang fragrance will be launched in July 2007 to North American retailers nationwide including Sears, JCPenney and Kohl’s, as well as mass merchandisers and a chain of drug stores.

It is worth mentioning that it is the first time a Greek company attempts to make a noticeable presence through an important partnership with a prestigious American company by entering into a demanding, widespread, yet very promising market.

PiC, a top brand globally in health and care, distributed in Greece by Sarantis Group, actively participated for the first time in the 45th Panhellenic Cardiology Congress, held in Hersonissos, Crete. The event gathered over 1,500 participants from both the Greek and international cardiology community.
