The company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that, in the context of reinforcing the position of its subsidiary SARANTIS ANADOL in the Turkish Market, it has gone forward with an agreement for the participation of a strategic investor in the share capital (with a stake of 15%) of Mr. Mehmet Yigit Sardan. The participation of the aforementioned shareholder is of strategic importance for the reinforcement and implementation of the Sarantis Group’s business plan in the neighboring country as he operates and holds a leading position in the media. His participation will be realized through a share capital increase of the Turkish Company.
Moreover, the company Gr. Sarantis SA announces that it has undertaken the exclusive representation of the Estee Lauder products for the market of Moldavia, while the initial sales are expected within January 2007.
