Tax audit results

ANNOUNCEMENT

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A., pursuant to paragraph 4.1.3.1. of the ATHEX Rulebook, informs the investors community that the ordinary tax audit for the fiscal years 2009 and 2010 was completed. The tax audit resulted in income tax and charges of 750,808.10 euros, which will not burden the 2016 financial results as these were covered by a relevant provision.
